Harold has over 50 years of experience in public accounting and is a founding member of our firm, which started in 1987.  He graduated from the University of Texas in Arlington in August 1970 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with an Economics minor.  Harold became a CPA in 1972 and has extensive experience rendering accounting, auditing and tax services to a variety of organizations and individual clients of our firm and 10 years with Ernst & Young, a Big 4 firm. 

He belongs to numerous organizations including Fort Worth Chapter of CPAs, Texas Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs.  Locally he is a board member of Christian Heritage Foundation in Cleburne.

Harold lives in Cleburne with his wife, Nancy. They have 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren.

Jennifer has over 30 years of experience in the full spectrum of public accounting (tax, auditing, and accounting), most of which are with our firm.  Prior to 1995 she worked for a firm in San Angelo.  Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1991 from Texas A&M University in Commerce.  She has been a licensed CPA since 1993.  She is an active member of Cleburne Bible Church and a member of the AICPA and Fort Worth Chapter of TXCPA. 

Jennifer has served in various capacities at churches over the past several years, including finance committee, stewardship committee, music ministry, Bible studies, and children/youth activities.

Jennifer’s hometown is Sweetwater, Texas but has lived in Cleburne since 1995.  Jennifer is married to Cecil and has 4 children and 5 grandchildren.  She loves music and enjoys going to concerts, cooking, being involved in church activities and ministries, and spending time with her family.

Shana has over 25 years of public accounting experience, all at our firm.  Shana earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Tarleton State University in 1997 and has been a licensed CPA since 2003.  She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the AICPA and the Fort Worth Chapter of CPAs.  She has volunteered her time for civic and community events in the area.  Her experience is in the fields of auditing, tax and accounting.

Shana is a life-long resident of Grandview, Texas and the Johnson County area with her husband, Vincent, who works at Texas Health Cleburne.  They have 3 children – Rebecca, who is a graduate of Texas Tech University and currently works as an EMT in Fort Worth; Cooper and Ryan, who both attend Tarleton State University in Stephenville. They have enjoyed watching their children play a variety of sports over the years and are looking forward to more travelling and spending time with family as they progress through their next stages in life.

Steve has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, most of which are with our firm.  Prior to becoming a CPA in 2003 Steve worked 20 years at Cowpasture Bank – Rio Vista.  He is a 1981 graduate of Abilene Christian University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree.  Steve is a member of the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPAs.

Steve is a member of Tuesday Forum and the Finance Committee at Westhill Church of Christ.  He is a past officer, member or director of the Cleburne Jaycees, Goatneck 100 bike ride, United Way of Johnson County, Cleburne Chamber of Commerce, Cleburne Rotary Club, Cleburne Community Education Advisory Council, Cleburne High School Alumni Association, and a graduate of Inaugural Leadership Cleburne Program. 

Steve is a native of Cleburne and is married to Kelli, a retired teacher.  They have 2 sons – Christian, who is an Executive Chef and Restaurateur and Cameron, who is a CPA- and two grandchildren.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time on the golf course and time with family and friends.

Jason has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, most of which are with our firm.  He graduated in 2001 from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and became a licensed CPA in 2009.  Jason is a member of the AICPA, Texas Society of CPAs as well as the Fort Worth Chapter of TXCPA.  Locally he is an active board member of the Rotary Club of Cleburne.

Jason is a native of Godley, Texas where he resides with his wife, Toie, a local realtor.  They have two sons, Morgan and Will, a daughter, Brittany and her husband Randy and a granddaughter, Bristol.  He enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with family.

Leslie has been working in accounting for over 40 years including over 35 years with our firm. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Houston Clear Lake City and has been a licensed CPA since 1984.  She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Her focus is Tax and Accounting and enjoys taking care of long term clients as well as helping new start up clients.

A resident of Johnson County for over 40 years, Woolley has been active in church, civic and community activities.  She has been an advocate and volunteer for agricultural youth programs and has received 4H volunteer awards at the county and state levels.

Leslie has been married to her husband Larry Woolley, for over 40 years.  They are both active in competitive shotgun sports and enjoy traveling and attending grandchildren activities.  Larry is a Johnson County Commissioner.  They have 2 married daughters and 3 granddaughters.  Together they also have a small cow-calf operation and hay business on their ranch in southern Johnson County.

Danielle has been with our firm since 2012 and has over 15 years of experience in public accounting.  She is a 2008 graduate of the University of North Texas and earned a Master of Science in Taxation.  She became a licensed CPA in 2009 and is a member of the AICPA, TSBPA and Fort Worth Chapter of TXCPA.

Leah has been with our firm since 2011.  She graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Administrative Systems from Tarleton State University and in 2011 earned a Master of Professional Accounting from University of Texas at Arlington. She is currently a candidate for the CPA exam.

Leah’s hometown is Sabinal, Texas but has made Grandview, Texas her home for over 15 years.  Leah has two sons, Hayden and Jackson, who are attending Tarleton State University in Stephenville.  She enjoys traveling and is an amateur fly fisherman.  One of her favorite places to spend time with family and friends is back home on the Frio River.

Nikki has been with our firm since 2017.  She graduated in 2008 from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and earned a Master of Business Administration in 2010.  Nikki is currently a candidate for the CPA exam.  She is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society. 

Nikki lives in Crowley and has two daughters, Dakota and Gracyn, granddaughters, Bostyn and Harper Lou and a grandson, Eastyn.  She enjoys traveling and weightlifting.

Zaidee has been with our firm since 2021.  She graduated from Tarleton State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and earned a Master of Accounting from Tarleton in 2023.  She is currently a candidate for the CPA exam.

Zaidee is a native of Joshua, Texas, where she resides with her husband, Landon.  She enjoys volunteering in her church’s nursery, helping out at Miss Tammy’s and spending time with family and friends.

Madalynn has been with our firm since 2024.  She graduated in 2022 from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.  Madalynn was raised in Burleson, Texas and currently resides there with her husband, Cody.  She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and her dogs.

Jack has been with our firm since 2023.  He graduated in 2023 from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.  Jack resides in Burleson, Texas and enjoys playing guitar in his free time.

Tricia has been with our firm for over 30 years and has over 40 years of bookkeeping experience.  Tricia lives in Grandview, Texas with her husband, Wayne.  They have one son, Ethan, who is a paramedic.  Tricia enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Brandi has been with our firm since 2024 and has over 20 years of bookkeeping experience.  Brandi lives in Alvarado, Texas with her husband, Rob.  She enjoys spending her free time in the mountains with her husband.

Vicky has been the firm’s administrative assistant since 1998.  She has volunteered with several organizations in the area including the Boy Scouts of America, Zontas of Cleburne and Cleburne Baseball Athletic team while also serving as treasurer for all three organizations. 

Vicky grew up in Lansing, Michigan and moved to Cleburne, Texas in 1982.  She has 2 children and 2 grandchildren.  She enjoys traveling, decorating and gardening but mostly spending time with her family.
